Mr. Dilip Ladani completed his education in 2011 and embarked on an entrepreneurial journey by establishing a proprietorship firm under the name Radhe Plastic with the support of his brother, Mr. Ashish Ladani. Initially focused on manufacturing P.P. reprocessed granules, his keen vision and collaborative efforts led to a pivotal decision to diversify into the manufacturing of ball valves. His dedication, industry expertise, and commitment to quality have laid a strong foundation for the growth of KANA VALVES PVT. LTD.
Beginning his career in 2007 as a machine operator in a small manufacturing unit, Mr. Ashish R. Ladani quickly demonstrated his determination and innovative thinking. Recognizing the potential in the plastics and irrigation industry, he initiated the production of P.P. reprocessed granules. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he partnered with his brother to expand operations into manufacturing ball valves, a move that has significantly contributed to the company’s success. As the Managing Director, Mr. Ashish continues to lead KANA VALVES PVT. LTD. with unwavering dedication to innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth.
