Manufactured in Our State of the art manufacturing facility in Gujarat, India. from durable polymer, this robust PP Foot Valve ensures long-lasting performance, corrosion resistance, and reliability in demanding conditions.

Equipped with a protective Mesh Called a Stainer, this Plastic Foot valve prevents unwanted debris and solid particles from entering the pipeline, safeguarding the pump from damage and choking. Unlike conventional designs, this Spring Foot Valve operates through a spring-loaded dual disc mechanism. The rubber washer is securely attached to a disc, which is connected to another disc through a calibrated spring system.

During pump operation, the suction pressure lifts the disc assembly upward against the spring tension, allowing smooth water flow. When the pump stops, the spring force instantly pushes the discs back into position, tightly sealing the passage and preventing backflow. This spring-controlled mechanism ensures faster and more reliable closure compared to gravity-based systems. v

This precision-engineered Threaded PP Foot Valve maintains proper suction line priming, reduces pump load, and enhances overall system efficiency.
